I have owned the truck for exactly four years and it has never let me down. its a sports auto, great for towing. I bought it from a dealer and it came with full service history.Things to remember though no 4x4 is cheap to run and the freelander is no exception. To get the best from it you must keep it regularly serviced by someone who knows about land rovers. It does everything well, towing, 1800kg twin axle caravan, interior space probably average, mpg is descent. It not too big and very very good in the snow. I have mine super-chipped which makes a massive difference especially when towing. All in all I am pleased with the vehicle it does everything that I need it to do, looks well and found it to be very reliable.

This was my first car and I love it so much! The research I did made me nervous as people say Landrovers are prone to gas guzzling and unreliable but this is not so, my car has never broken down with me and is over 10 years old. Highly recommend these beautiful British cars. Would never drive anything else (except a Jeep in the States).

Reliable, practical, affordable to run and repair. Great in all weather conditions and holds the road really well. Great on juice too, I get 40 to the gallon if I treat the accelerator pedal kindly. The only downside is that the interior is quite plastic like and not very well refined - this is purely a subjective option though.
